Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Timeframes

We ship internationally to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe. Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

Australia: 8–15 business days

New Zealand: 8–15 business days

United States: 7–12 business days

United Kingdom: 8–12 business days

European Union: 9–12 business days

These are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or factors outside our control. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress. Please allow 2–3 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

Hysari Home ships internationally and some orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you are unsure about applicable fees before placing your order.

Lost or Delayed Orders

We do not consider an order lost until 30 days have passed from the date of dispatch. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe please first check your tracking information. If your order has not arrived after 30 days from dispatch, contact us at support@hysarihome.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. Hysari Home is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address please contact us immediately at support@hysarihome.com. We will do our best to update it before dispatch but cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
